Resource VS. Passion

You should try to make decisions based on PASSION not RESOURCE.

Resources are everywhere. Passion is rare. Passion trumps resource every freaking time.

A lack of resource creates innovation, creativity, and good ideas to be worked all the way to the end.

A lack of passion creates status quo, bureaucracy, a lifeless environment, and a breading ground for transition.

The other amazing thing about passion is the way it attracts resource. People are willing to give, donate, volunteer for something they can believe in, something with passion.

I rarely see people give or desire to be involved in heavily funded low passion situations.

Passion is your biggest commodity. You can share it and spread it limitlessly and it tends to always return on its investment. But it all starts with you. You have to be passionate. You have to care. You have to make those around you believe so much in what you are passionate about that your passion becomes contagious, starts creating little wins, reason to celebrate, momentum, and then….resource.

Never lose your passion. If you have lost it, retrace your steps. Go back to the last time you felt that passion, you will probably find God there, and you will certainly find life there…live your passion.

Wow. It's Quiet Here...
