We Just Got Normal…

So your team is the innovative, creative, leader in your industry or community. Then one day you wake up, and everyone looks just like you…uh oh…what do you do?

Regardless of industry, there is someone setting the pace and the trends. There is #1, and then everyone else. And everyone else is usually duplicating what #1 does. Thats not bad, its actually flattering.

Then one day #1 wakes up and looks around and if they have not continued to push, stretch, grow, and develop…everyone looks just like them…and they are no longer different.

If you desire to be a creative force, it is so important to makes sure you never allow the status quo to catch up to you. It is paramount that you are trying things, exploring things…DREAMING of ways to do what you have never done and what you always do…DIFFERENT.

If God takes the time to make every snowflake unique, He probably has the same desires for us and our organizations.

*I am not saying we should not learn and adapt from others and what they do, but we have to make OUR thing, OUR thing. If you want to be the best in the world at what you do you have to try some things and dream of some things that no one else has proven for you.
