You’ve forgot about communication, which in my opinion, it’s a very important trait a good leader should have. Without it, we can’t lead a team correctly, especially to have results with the business. I’ve also learned about responsibility, honesty at Toronto leadership training camp, which was held last year… I found out great things there!
