We GET the chance to create art every single day. We GET TO build things and simplify things. We have the honor of taking ideas, bringing them to life and making them happen. We GET TO serve the other departments in our organizations and enhance their ideas. We GET TO build beautiful experiences that spread hope, joy, and development!
We GET TO share the greatest story ever told.
We have the ability to tell that story a little different every week so we can make it tangible to someone who has never heard it before and we GET TO figure out how to make it more creative and remove hurdles that are keeping people from receiving from God.
That is the beauty of what we GET TO do! There was a day we prayed this is what we would GET TO do…remember that day? The things we are complaining about today someone else is praying they GET the opportunity to experience as some point in life.
So be bold.
Be courageous.
Fight hard.
Have fun.
Don’t Quit. Ever.
Share freely.
Feel deeply.
Experiment.
Make others better.
Make yourself better.
And remember you GET TO DO THIS. It’s an honor…don’t forget that.
Love it. So many people don’t take advantage of every day and sit around glued to the TV.
Needed to be reminded of this so much this month, this week, this day, this hour, this minute. Fighting the annoying little “blah bug” that makes me more frustrated w/ what I GET TO do, instead of embracing and celebrating that I GET TO be a part of THE STORY.

I love the “I get to” theme in this post. Too many people have the “I have to” attitude and don’t get to enjoy the life that is happening around them.
