It is always humbling to get to share what is happening at Cross Point with other people. Yesterday I had the opportunity to share a little bit of our creative process with the good folks at the Echo Conference.

    Thanks for the session Stephen!

    During the Q&A, you mentioned that when people/staff are requesting a project, you have a form in Basecamp that they fill out. Could you explain that process? Our process for project requests are not streamlined and I want to make it better.
